Candidates must be experienced in commercial, industrial & residential installations and posses a well-rounded knowledge of:

• 2014 Edition of the NEC
• Installation of wiring devices, light fixtures, motor starters, AC Drives, transformers & switchgear
• Electrical Theory
• Ohms Law

job description:

• Troubleshoot & repair electrical problems
• Install PVC, EMT & Rigid Conduit
• Set up, pull & terminate 600V conductors
• Install & repair outdoor lighting & signs
• Must be able to work with limited supervision; from blueprints, specifications & addenda
• Must be able to accurately follow instructions from field supervisors & management
• Must be able to clearly communicate to field supervisors any problems as they arise
• Must possess strong Electrical & OSHA safety skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Trade or Apprenticeship certificate preferred, not necessarily required based on experience of applicant.
• Lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Grasp & manipulate various hand tools
• Twist, bend, reach & stoop regularly
• Standing up to 8 hours per day
• Must have basic electrical hand tools with cordless impact/drill driver
• Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & criminal background check
